Congratulations to ECRA and the High Wind Farm series for a successful horse show, because of the Covid this year we had many setbacks and could not have any shows or clinics, we took a chance and decided to have this jackpot show which exceeded all expectations for success, the turnout was one of the biggest I’ve seen here for the club in a long time. Because this was a jackpot show and not NRHA sanctioned it was so much easier for grassroots people to go into classes without all the expensive restrictions to pay NRHA etc. we had the esteemed Karen Myer as our judge who did an amazing job and the ECRA board members and High Wind Farm employees doing all The groundwork, we extend our deepest gratitude and thanks. We also want to extend our sincere thanks to Susan and Tom Yovino for donating the facility for the day it is a top-notch first class facility and it makes everything so much more fun for horse showing and spectators alike, along with Tom‘s generosity for his famous hospitality tent and keeping us well fed from breakfast through lunch.I want to also thank the Kestler and Theinert family for allowing us to honor your sons memory “Joe Theinert” for his ultimate sacrifice to our country and for all of us that we can live in freedom. The family has set up Strongpoint Theinert Ranch in New Mexico as a retreat haven for veterans to decompress and ease into the transition of a civilian life. Going forward into 2021 there will be some changes, we had requested for new membership on the board and we had a few people step up to the plate, Susan and myself will be holding an emeritus status and are handing over the reins to Nancy Westrick as president, Michelle Liapold as vice president, Jim Weisman will remain secretary, Treasure is still pending, and Tom Yovino will continue being our SHOW Rep. we will have our yearly membership meeting at the beginning of the new year to go over New ideas and Our Horse SHOW series.Yours in reining,Annemarie BerubePresident Emeritus ...
